HandelOS · product studio

Focused software for
owner-run businesses.

HandelOS is a product studio. Each product solves one problem for one kind of business. Our flagship, WerkOS, is job costing software for metal job shops: it shows the real margin on every job. Alongside it: SafarOS for cab fleets, PetraOS for natural stone showrooms, WohnOS for student housing and GigOS for freelancers.

Job costing software that shows
the real margin on every job.

WerkOS is job costing for machining, sheet-metal and fabrication shops. It puts each job’s quote next to what the job really used (material, machine time, labour and rework), captured with QR label scans on the shop floor.

Quoted vs actual, per job.
Planned and actual material, labour, machine and overhead on every job, with the variance and the margin that is left.
Built for the shop floor.
Operators scan the job label with a phone camera or a handheld scanner. Staff clock in and out with a PIN. Rework is logged on the finish screen.
Works with your spreadsheets.
Bring jobs and prices in from Excel or CSV. Your accounts stay where they are.
Exceptions first, decisions you approve.
The owner overview opens with late jobs, short materials and jobs below quoted margin, then the decisions waiting, with the evidence. Nothing changes until a person approves it.

How the studio works.

01

One problem per product.

Each product does one job for one kind of business, and does it well.

02

Built with operators.

We design on the floor, in the yard and in the office, with the people who will use it every day.

03

Proof before promises.

Real screens, labelled sample data and live demos. We show what is built and say what is not.

Secondary

We also build for clients: custom AI agents and websites.

Alongside the studio’s products, we take on a few client builds: custom AI agents, internal tools and websites for small businesses. Each one does one job, works from your own files, and drafts. A person approves anything that leaves your business.

Agent bots · built on demo data

  • Customer support and lead qualification
  • Proposals and quotations
  • Sales outreach
  • Course and bot sales
  • Voice assistantPrototype

Custom work

  • Websites for small businesses
  • Custom AI builds
  • Client-intake builds
  • Internal tools and operations systems

Proof: the client builds below are live.

How client builds work: process and guardrails

Process

  1. A 15-minute call about one job you want handled.
  2. We build on demo data first, then on your own files.
  3. You try it on real work before anything goes live.

Guardrails

  • The agent drafts; a person approves anything sent.
  • It works only from the files you give it.
  • Every action is logged so you can check it.

Job costing and WerkOS: questions owners ask.

What is job costing for a job shop?

Job costing tracks what each job really costs (material, labour, machine time and rework) and compares it with what you quoted. The gap between the two is your real margin on that job.

How does WerkOS capture actual cost on the shop floor?

Operators scan the job label with a phone camera or a handheld scanner, staff clock in and out with a PIN, and rework is logged on the finish screen. WerkOS adds these up against the quote.

Does WerkOS replace my accounting software?

No. Bring jobs and prices in from Excel or CSV; your accounts stay where they are. WerkOS is for job costing and shop-floor tracking.

Can operators use WerkOS in Hindi?

Yes. Operator screens are available in English and Hindi.

Does the AI change anything on its own?

No. WerkOS flags late jobs, short materials and jobs below quoted margin and suggests decisions with the evidence. Nothing changes until a person approves it.

Who can see prices and margins?

Only the owner. Operators see the jobs and screens they need, not prices or margins.

Is WerkOS available now, and what does it cost?

WerkOS is in early access. There is no self sign-up or published price yet; book a 15-minute call to see it on sample data and talk about your shop.

Do you build custom AI agents or websites?

Yes, a few client builds alongside our products. Each agent does one job, works from your own files and drafts; a person approves anything that leaves your business.
