🚧 Beta — HandelOS is in beta testing. Some apps are live with customers, others are showcase demos.

The build

How HandelOS got built.

Not a startup deck — a story that started on the shop floor.

01

It started on the shop floor

Years in operations and supply chain, I watched good businesses quietly bleed money — a job priced too low, a car left idle, stock dying on a shelf. Owners felt it. Their tools never showed it.

02

Fifty dashboards, zero answers

Generic software showed everything except the one thing that mattered. Screens full of numbers, and still no finger pointing at the leak.

03

So I built one engine

One shared core — billing, inventory, roles, GST — that every trade could run on. Build it once, properly, instead of fifty half-built tools.

04

One Pulse per trade

On top of that core, for each trade, a single vital sign — the one number that finds where its money leaks, before it's too late to fix.

05

A family was born

One platform, many trades — each tuned to how it actually bleeds money.

Your trade is next

Built between India & Berlin, growing one trade at a time. Tell us yours — we'll show you the number built for it.

Who's behind it

Built by an operator, not a software vendor.

HandelOS comes from the shop floor — not a sales deck.

“I spent years watching good businesses bleed money in places their software never looked.”

Why I built HandelOS

I come from operations and supply chain — the side of a business where the money quietly leaks: a job priced too low, a car sitting idle, stock dying on the shelf. Owners felt it, but their tools never showed it.

Generic software gives you fifty dashboards and zero answers. So I built the opposite: one engine for every trade, and for each one, the single number that tells you where the money is going.

One platform. A family of trade-built apps. Made for India, built between India and Berlin.
